Future Minerals Forum
Riyadh, 2022 and 2023
The Future Minerals Forum (FMF) was launched by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in January 2022 to connect global policy-makers with investors and business leaders across the mining value chain and its supporting industries. The forum, which held a second edition in January 2023, promoted strategic leadership and technical knowledge sharing and showcased advanced technologies and innovations that can transform the industry.
The FMF worked to highlight the vast untapped lands across the Middle East, Central Asia and North and East Africa, that are full of minerals that are vital to a growing and prosperous world economy, while actively seeking true investment partners in those counties. Throughout two days of panels featuring 150+ mining majors and international investors, 4,000+ delegates heard a wide range of insights and perspectives from the global leaders who are shaping the future of the mining industry.
